AEC Subject Change Notice for FYUGP 3rd Semester

Mandatory change of Ability Enhancement Course (AEC) subjects for FYUGP 3 semesters students
under Kokrajhar University

It is hereby notified for information to all concerned FYUGP 3rd Semester Students that they are asked to download and fill up the form provided below and submit an application to the Office of the Academic Registrar on or before 5th of August, 2026 (before 03:00 P.M.)

All concerned students are instructed that this is a mandatory change required as per the Kokrajhar University Academic Curriculum and UGC Guidelines, whereby –



  1. A student who has been promoted to FYUGP 3rd Semester and who had opted for AEC in English Subject in their 2nd Semester is required to choose any one of the following AEC MIL subjects in their 3rd Semester (Namely: Assamese / Bengali / Bodo / Hindi).
  2. A student who has been promoted to FYUGP 3rd Semester and who had opted for AEC in MIL Subject in their 2nd Semester is required to take AEC in English Subject.
