1st Merit List for PG Admission 2026

First Merit List for admission to the Postgraduate (PG) Programmes of Kokrajhar University for the Academic Session 2026–2027 and Acceptance of Admission Offer through the eSamarth Portal – PG Admissions 2026–2027

This is for the information of all candidates whose names have been included in the First Merit List for admission to the Postgraduate (PG) Programmes of Kokrajhar University for the Academic Session 2026–2027 that they are required to accept the Admission Offer sent through the eSamarth Portal within the stipulated timeline prescribed by Director of Higher Education Assam.

Candidates whose names appear in the First Merit List are advised to log in to their eSamarth Portal account and complete the Acceptance of Admission Offer to enable the University to proceed with the subsequent stages of the admission process.

Date of Admission: 6^th & 7^th August 2026

1. Log in to the eSamarth Portal using your registered User ID and Password.
2. Open the Admission Offer available in your dashboard.
3. Carefully verify the details and click the "ACCEPT" button to accept the admission offer.
4. Follow the video instructions provided by the University/eSamarth to complete the acceptance process correctly.

5. Complete the acceptance process within the stipulated timeline prescribed in the eSamarth Portal.

Do NOT click the "WITHDRAW" button once offer is accepted.
Clicking the "WITHDRAW" button will be treated as your voluntary withdrawal from the admission process and will immediately cancel your Admission Offer. Once withdrawn, the admission offer may not be restored, and the University shall not be responsible for any loss of candidature arising from such action.

Candidates facing any technical issue or noticing any discrepancy in the eSamarth Portal are advised to immediately contact the concerned Head of the Department or the Office of the Academic Registrar/Admission Cell for necessary assistance before the last date.

All selected candidates are advised to complete the acceptance process at the earliest to facilitate timely completion of the admission process.
