LLB CAT 2026 Application Form, Registration Process & Fee Details

Application Procedure for the LL.B. CAT 2026

Application for appearing in the LL.B. CAT 2026 shall be through online mode only. No other means of application shall be accepted.
Online Registration for submission of Application Form will begin from 15.06.2026. Application for LLB. CAT 2026 shall be received through online mode only. The last date for submission of application is 30.06.2026 (till 11.55 p.m.)

For submission of the Online Application Form, intending candidates are advised to follow the following instructions:

The candidate shall be required to visit the LL.B. CAT 2026 Portal in the website- www.dibru.ac.in.
The Candidate needs to register on the portal by clicking the "Register" button and providing his/her name, mobile number and a password. The mobile number will be verified through an OTP. Please remember the password for login.
After successful registration, the candidate needs to login using his/her mobile number and the password.
After login, the candidate needs to click on the "Apply" button corresponding to the link of "LL.B. CAT 2026" which will lead to an application form. The candidate needs to fill up the application form step by step.
After completion of filling-up of the Form, the candidate needs to click the button "Submit and Review". A preview of the filled-up form will be displayed. Candidates are advised to carefully cross-check the information and if anything needs to be corrected at this stage, they can go back and edit.
After ensuring that all the information displayed on the Preview is correct, the candidate needs to click 'Pay now & Submit the application" and the pay the application fee of 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only through online mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
The application form will be considered as finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid by the candidate and an online receipt is generated confirming the payment.
There will be a button to download your Application Form for future reference.
Admit Cards will be generated only after the last date for submission of application forms and a few days prior to the date of the Test. Once generated, candidates will be able to download their Admit Cards from the same portal by logging in with their credentials. A notification regarding the generation and availability of Admit Cards on the portal will be published on the Dibrugarh University website.
The candidates shall have to take a print out of the Admit Card and bring the same to the Examination Hall on the Date of the Test for verification.
The Submission of Online Application Forms shall be automatically closed after the last date.

There shall be no alternative procedure for Application for applying to the LL.B. CAT 2026 and the University shall not receive the Application except submitted as per the procedure mentioned at (2) above.

Important Note: The University shall not verify the eligibility of a candidate at the time of receiving their Application Forms and Issuing Admit Card to them. The candidates not fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria shall not be debarred from appearing the LL.B. CAT, 2026.
However, their candidature shall not be considered at the time of admission to the LL.B.Programme conducted by the affiliated colleges under Dibrugarh University. Hence, the intending candidates are requested to ensure themselves regarding fulfillment of the minimum eligibility for admission into the LL.B. Programme.
