Dept. of Teacher Education: Notice for Submission of documents for Pre-Ph.D. Admission, 2026

It is hereby informed to all the candidates who have applied for Pre-Ph.D. Admission 2026 in the Department of Teacher Education, Manipur University, that they are required to submit the following documents to the Department on or before 28 September 2026, during office hours, for verification and further processing of their admission.
The concerned candidates are required to submit the documents applicable to them as indicated below:

• UGC-NET Score Card and Certificate:
  The concerned candidates shall submit the UGC-NET Score Card and Certificate, valid as on the last date of submission of applications for Pre-Ph.D. Admission 2026, i.e., 17 August 2026, and issued within one year immediately preceding the said date, as applicable.
• M.Ed. Qualification Documents:
  All concerned candidates shall submit:
  - M.Ed. Degree Certificate; and
  - All relevant Marks Memos/Grade Sheets.
• Category Certificate, wherever applicable:
  Candidates claiming reservation under any applicable category shall submit a valid Category Certificate issued by the competent authority, such as:
  - SC Certificate
  - ST Certificate
  - OBC Certificate (valid/renewed, wherever required)
  - EWS Certificate (valid/renewed, wherever required)
• Documents for In-Service Teachers/Employees, wherever applicable:
  Candidates who are In-Service Teachers/Employees shall submit the following documents:
  - No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the competent authority/employer
  - Copy of the Appointment Order; and
  - Latest Pay Slip/Salary Certificate.
