With reference to Agenda No. 6, Point No. 1 of the Examination Committee Meeting No. 02/2026 dated 11.03.2026, it is hereby informed that students who were unable to appear in the internal examination at the scheduled time will be given another opportunity with a late fee.

The following instructions will apply in this regard:

• Students who missed the internal examination may apply within 10 (ten) days from the specified date.
• A late fee of Rs. 200 (Two Hundred Rupees) per subject per student will be applicable.
• The concerned colleges must ensure that the list of such students along with fee details is sent to the University within the stipulated period.
• No applications will be considered after the deadline.

Therefore, all Principals of colleges are hereby instructed to ensure compliance with the above directions.
