This is to inform all concerned PG students of Session 2025–27 that the On-Spot Application received on 15.12.2025 and 16.12.2025 regarding Spot Admission in PG Semester-I has been cancelled by Munger University vide Notification No. MUG/DSW/2157/25 dated 18.12.2025.

Accordingly, the University has decided to refund the On-Spot Application Fees deposited by the students who has applied for admission in PG Semester-I (session 2025–27).

All concerned students are hereby directed to follow the instructions given below to get back the fee deposited online.

1. Students must fill up the prescribed refund application format.
2. The duly filled application (in given format) should be submitted to the University DSW Office or the “nearest Extension Counter of the concerned college”.
3. Applications will be accepted on the following dates:
   20.03.2026 and 23.03.2026 to 26.03.2026
4. Applications submitted after the prescribed dates will not be entertained.

Students are advised to attach all required documents as mentioned in the format to avoid delay in processing of the refund.
