In accordance with Clause 9.1 (iii) of the Postgraduate Examination Regulations, all Heads of Postgraduate Departments and Principals of affiliated colleges are hereby informed that, for filling the examination form of Postgraduate Semester–4, it is mandatory for candidates to have passed all papers of Semester–1 and at least three papers each of Semester–2 and Semester–3.

Further, those students who have been declared promoted in Semester–2 and Semester–3 and who are eligible to fill the Semester–4 examination form must ensure that an affidavit is obtained in the enclosed prescribed format.

No promoted candidate shall be allowed to fill the examination form without submitting the affidavit.

The affidavit received shall be safely preserved at the Department/College level for future reference and shall be made available to the University whenever required.

Therefore, all concerned students are requested to be informed of the above provision and necessary action may be ensured accordingly.
