Notice regarding making Internal Assessment Marks available and organizing practical examinations for U.G. Semester-2, Session-2025–29, Examination-2026.

With reference to the above subject, it is to inform you that for U.G. Semester-2, Session-2025–29, Examination-2026, please ensure that the Internal Assessment Marks are submitted through the online portal by 20.07.2026, and 03 signed and stamped hard copies are delivered to the examination department by 21.07.2026. Along with this, for students whose practical examinations are scheduled in the respective subjects, ensure that their practical examinations are organized at their respective colleges from 16.07.2026 to 20.07.2026.

1. Marks must be sent only in the prescribed Excel Format provided by the university. The Excel Format will be valid only when 03 signed and stamped hard copies corresponding to it are submitted to the university.
2. All records must be certified by the college.
3. Colleges that fail to upload the Internal Assessment Marks online within the scheduled time and fail to provide 03 signed and stamped hard copies to the examination department will not have the admit cards issued for their U.G. Semester-2 (2025–29) Examination-2026.
4. In case of receiving incomplete records after the scheduled date, the respective college itself will be responsible for the delay caused in the publication of results. Furthermore, in light of the decision made in the Examination Committee meeting number 02/26 dated 11/03/2026, a financial penalty at the rate of Rs. 300 per student per subject, up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000, will be imposed on colleges that fail to submit the Internal Assessment Marks by the scheduled date.
