UG Sem-IV Admission Form 2026 Extended

UG Sem-IV 2024-2028 Admission Date Extended with Late Fine

All students are hereby informed that the date for filling out the enrollment form for Undergraduate (CBCS) Semester-IV, Session (2024–28) and Backlog Session (2023–27) has been extended from 01/09/2026 (Tuesday) to 03/09/2026 (Thursday) with a late fee of Rs. 200/-. To fill out the enrollment form, please visit the Munger University website (www.umismug.mungeruniversity.ac.in) and submit your application.

Principals / In-charge Principals of all colleges are requested to ensure proper arrangements for the physical verification of documents of the students.

List of documents to be submitted for physical verification at the time of enrollment:

Photocopy of Registration Certificate.
Photocopy of Admit Card of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Parts.
Photocopy of Marksheet of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Parts.
Photocopy of TR / Web Copy of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Parts.

After completing physical verification, students must log in using their USER ID and PASSWORD to ensure online payment of the enrollment fee. Downloading the Zero Payment receipt is also mandatory.
