Schedule of Physical Verification of Provisionally Admitted UG Students for the Academic Session 2026-27, Special Allocation/Upgradation Round through DAP, 2026

As directed by the competent authority, all the provisionally admitted students (both Morning and Day section) of Murshidabad Maharaja Krishnanath University, Berhampore for the academic session 2026-2027 under 4-Years Undergraduate Programme (NEP), Special Allocation/Upgradation Round under Rule 6(d), through Decentralized Admission Portal (DAP),2026, are hereby informed that Physical Verification process will be held on and from 03.10.2026 & 05.10.2026. Therefore, the provisionally admitted students need to be present physically at the Murshidabad Maharaja Krishnanath University, Berhampore, Krishnath College Campus along with their Original Documents according to the following schedule

• Print out of the application form downloaded from DAP
• Provisional Admission Confirmation Certificate downloaded from DAP
• Provisional Admission Payment Receipt downloaded from DAP
• 10th Level Registration Card / Admit Card (Age Proof)
• 10th Level Marksheet
• 10+2 Level Marksheet
• SC/ST Certificate (if applicable)
• Updated or NCL OBC Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (If applicable)
• EWS Certificate (If applicable)
• Aadhar Card
• ABC/APAAR ID
• School Leaving Certificate

✓ Self-Attested Photocopies of Documents to be submitted at the time of Verification:

• Print out of the application form
