ONLINE ADMISSION VERIFICATION NOTICE JULY 2026

Mandatory Verification of Digitally Submitted Documents

All applicants who have submitted their Online Admission Applications (Semester-I) digitally are hereby informed that immediate verification of the documents uploaded during the admission process is mandatory to confirm the validity of their enrolment.

Applicants are required to visit the CDOE, NBU office on any working day between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at the earliest, and bring the following:

• A printout of the submitted Application Form;
• A printout of the official CDOE, NBU Payment Challan; and
• All original documents that were uploaded during the application process, as required by the admission portal.

Applicants are advised not to delay the verification process, as failure to complete the required document verification may affect the confirmation of their admission/enrolment.

Applicants are strongly advised to complete the document verification process at the earliest and not wait until the last date.
