Notification: P.G. Admission for Semester-III for the Session 2026-2027

As directed, this is to inform all concerned that the provisional admission for the P.G. (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., LL.M., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Pharm., MBA, MCA, M.Tech.) Semester-III for the Academic Session 2026-2027 shall commence as per following schedule for the eligible students who enrolled in the previous semester-end examination.

Schedule of PG Admission Semester-III

Students who are applying to take admission in Semester-III need to bring following documents in original along with a set of photocopies of:

• Admit Card of the 2nd semester-end examination
• Registration Certificate of the student
• Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) card in the name of the student, to claim AAY benefit

• Step 1: Fill in an online UGC Anti-Ragging Undertaking and please write Anti-Ragging Undertaking Reference No. on the top of your photocopy of the admit card of the 2nd semester-end-examination.
• Step 2: Report to the Office of the Secretary concerned with all the documents stated above.
• Step 3: After verification, fill the challan and go to the University Cash Counter for submission of the requisite amount.
• Step 4: Submit the Copy of the Money Receipt to the Office of the Secretary concerned and to the Office of the Department/Centre concerned.

[Students from Jalpaiguri Campus will perform the Step 2, 3 and 4 on 07/10/2026 at the Office of the Assistant Registrar, Jalpaiguri Campus]

As per D.O. No. F.1-15/2009(ARC) pt. III Dated 22nd January, 2025, by the Secretary, UGC, New Delhi, students shall mandatorily file an online Anti-Ragging affidavit and shall provide Anti-Ragging Undertaking Reference No. please visit https://www.antiragging.in/affidavit_registration_disclaimer.html

A student has to attend at least 75% of the classes, tutorials etc. during the period of P.G. (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., LL.M., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Pharm., MBA, MCA, M.Tech.) Semester-III to be eligible to enroll for the semester-end examination.
