Schedule of Physical Verification of documents for students admitted in M.Sc./M.A./M.Pharm./M.Tech./MCA Semester-I, 2026-2027

As directed, all provisionally admitted students for the session 2026-2027 in the Semester-I to the Post Graduate (P.G.) Programmes under the Faculty Council for P.G. Studies in Science, University of North Bengal, are hereby requested to present themselves on 07/10/2026 (only for NBU Jalpaiguri Campus) and from 12/10/2026 to 14/10/2026 [for Raja Rammohunpur campus] for physical verification of documents, failing which their provisional admission in PG Semester-I shall be liable to cancel and no further request shall be entertained.

Tentative detailed Schedule for Physical Verification of Testimonials of the Provissionally Admitted students
of PG 1st Semester for the session 2026-2027

Venue: Office of the Assistant Registrar, NBU Jalpaiguri Campus, Jalpaiguri Govt. Engineering College, Jalpaiguri [for students of Jalpaiguri Campus]
All the provisionally admitted students have to be present in the verification of testimonials as per the schedule given below, otherwise their admission will be treated as cancelled. At the time of verificationof testimonials students have to bring all original testimonials, self-attested photocopies of all documents, printed copy of online appliction form, payment slip, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and two undertaking(s) toward curbing the menace of ragging [one signed by the candidate & another signed by the Parent/Guardian], AAY Card, PwD certificate, social category reservation related Certificates of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS issued as per latest Govt. Norms by the Competent Authority, etc.
