Schedule of Physical Verification of documents for M.A./M.Com./M.Lib.I.Sc./LL.M. (Specialisation: Public Law)/B.Lib.I.Sc. Semester-I, 2026-2027

As directed, all provisionally admitted students for the session 2026-2027 in the Semester-I to the Post Graduate (P.G.) Programmes under the Faculty Council for P.G. Studies in Arts, Commerce & Law, University of North Bengal, are hereby instructed to present themselves on 07/10/2026 (only for NBU Jalpaiguri Campus) and from 09/10/2026 to 14/10/2026 [for Raja Rammohunpur campus] for physical verification of documents, failing which their provisional admission in PG Semester-I shall be liable to cancel and no further request shall be entertained.

Tentative detailed Schedule for Physical Verification of Testimonials of the Provissionally Admitted students
of PG 1st Semester for the session 2026-2027

Venue: Room No. 109, Humanities Building, NBU [for Raja Rammohunpur Campus] & Jalpaiguri Campus Building [for Jalpaiguri Campus]
Time: 11:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M. & 02:30 P.M. to 04:00 P.M.
All the provisionally admitted students have to be present in the physical verification of testimonials as per the schedule given below, otherwise their admission will be treated as cancelled. At the time of physical verification of testimonials, students have to bring all original testimonials, self-attested photocopies of all documents viz. printed application form, payment slip, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, SC/ST/OBC Certificate (Non-creamy layer certificate obtained from appropriate authority), AAY Card, PwD certificate & EWS certificate wherever applicable, and two undertaking(s) towards curbing the menace of ragging [one signed by the candidate & another signed by the Parent/Guardian] provided in the prospectus.
