Provision of Exit from FYUGP after completion of the 6th Semester 2026

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that, as per the provisions of the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (under FYUGP 2023-2024 & 2024-2025), students who intend to exit the programme after completion of the Sixth Semester may do so subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

1. The student must have cleared all the papers up to and including the Sixth Semester and must not have any back paper/pending paper.
2. The student intending to exit after the Sixth Semester shall submit a written application/prayer to the Principal of the concerned College, expressing his/her willingness to exit the programme after the Sixth Semester.
3. Such students need not approach the University separately for the purpose of exercising the exit option.
4. The College shall maintain a record of such students and, when called for by the University, shall indicate “EXIT” against the name of the corresponding student in the Excel sheet provided by the University. The revised Excel sheet, incorporating the status after reassessment, shall also be used for this purpose, as and when provided by the University.
5. The Colleges shall submit the duly updated Excel sheet to the University by email when called for by the University.
6. On receipt and processing of the information, no examination form for the Seventh Semester shall be generated in respect of students who have duly exercised the exit option and fulfil the prescribed eligibility conditions.
