Due to some technical error the university could not uploaded the student's data, in partial, of the under graduate students who have passed out in the year 2024 & 2025 from your college.

Under the above circumstances, the undersigned is directed to request you to kindly circulate it amongst those students who have passed out in the year 2024 & 2025 from your college and unable to apply the SVMCM scholarship due to such technical error, to send their clear scanned copy of 6^th semester mark sheet (final mark sheet) with the phone no of students to the following email id, so that this office can rectify the student's data at the earliest.

Secondly, you are requested to kindly inform the students who have passed out in the year 2023 not to put “0” before the registration number while applying the SVMCM scholarship.
