After the first MOP-UP round of Central Counseling for B.Ed. Special Education (IDD/HI/VI)-ODL & M.Ed. Special Education (IDD/HI/)-ODL, Academic Year-2026-2027 against vide Notification no. Candidates who were enlisted in the provisional over all Merit List but could not appear for the counseling may attend the second mop up round of counseling cum spot admission process and the allotment of seats will be made strictly in order of overall rank and subject to the availability of seats in respective Learner Support Centre for the respective programme and category.

Note for All Candidates under the OBC Category:
University will follow the Kolkata Gazette Notification vide No. 944-BCW/MR-23/2026 dated 18.05.2026 and No. 945-BCW/MR-23/2026 dated 18.05.2026 regarding reservation of OBCs. Applicants who have already applied under OBC-A and OBC-B categories will also come under the purview of The Kolkata Gazette Notification vide No. 944-BCW/MR-23/2026 dated 18.05.2026 and No. 945-BCW/MR-23/2026 dated 18.05.2026. All concerned candidates are accordingly advised to take cognizance of these provisions before proceeding with the admission formalities.

Admission Fees:
For B.Ed. Special Education (IDD/HI/VI)-ODL: Rs. 40, 000/- for the total Course Fees and for M.Ed. Special Education (IDD/HI/)-ODL: Rs. 40,000/- as first installment of course fees shall be deposited in Bank Draft (drawn in favour of Netaji Subhas Open University payable at Kolkata) or may be paid through POs machine or QR code (UPI / G pay etc) with help of Debit Card / Credit Card also at the time of counseling. (Draft will be received only after verification of candidature and also subject to the availability of seats. In the event of non-availability of seat, the drafts will not be accepted and the candidates are to cancel their drafts at their own cost).

Documents to be prodeced for B.Ed. & M.Ed. Special Education at the time of Counseling the candidates must have to bring the followings:

Photo Identity Card which has already been uploaded. E.g. (Voter Card/Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Passport) and 2 copies of PP Photograph.
Copy of down loaded Application Form as submitted.
Copy of the downloaded payment receipt (Rs. 500/-).
All the Original Mark-Sheets, Caste Certificate (for other than General Category) and Disability Certificate (if weightage claim) along with photocopies of all these documents.
Valid R.C.I. (Rehabilitation Council of India ) Registration Certificate (Mandatory for M.Ed. Special Education).

Failure of producing all the documents stated above will automatically cancel the candidature.
