PG Dissertation Submission Fee Structure and Last Date 2026 Notification

In pursuance of the approval of the Executive Council (EC) vide Resolution Item No. 51- EC/18, on the recommendations of the committee constituted for framing guidelines regarding submission of dissertation in PG Programs, the following fee structure and schedule for dissertation submission shall be applicable with immediate effect.

1. Dissertation Fee

Sr. No.	Courses	Dissertation Fee
1.	M. Tech. / M. Pharma. / M.Sc.	Rs. 3500/-
2.	Master of Arts	Rs. 2500/-

Late date of submission of Dissertation is 30th June without late fee

Submission of Dissertation with late fee

Submission of Dissertation Up to	Late Fees
31 July	Rs. 500/-
31 August	Rs. 1000/-
30 September	Rs. 2000/-
Beyond 31st September to till the duration of Course (with the permission of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor)	Rs. 5000/-

Note: Dissertation should be evaluated within one month after submission.

2. Dissertation Evaluation / Viva-Voce Fee - Rs. 500/- Per Student subject to minimum of Rs. 1000/- and maximum of Rs. 3000/-

The Committee recommends that last date for submission of dissertation mentioned in P.G. ordinance may be amended accordingly.
