Self–certified copies of the following documents are to be submitted;

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:

Mark sheets & certificates of all examinations starting from HSC/ equivalent till the degree last attended.
C.L.C & Conduct certificate from the Institution last attended
Caste Certificate from the competent authority (Revenue Officer not below the rank of a Tahasildar).
Certificate in support of NET/ SLET/ GATE/ JEST/ DBT/ INSPIRE/ NFST/ NFSC/ NFOBC/ICHR/ICPR/ICSSR/ICMR.
In-service candidates will have to submit no objection certificate (NOC) from their employer.
Admit Card for Entrance Test with photograph (to be returned).
Two passport size photographs, one in the application form & the other on the Admit Card.
