All research scholars enrolled in the Ph.D. Course Work (Academic Session-2023) are hereby informed that their Course Work Examination will be held on 19.07.2026 (Sunday). P.G. Department Building has been fixed as the Examination Center for this Exam.

All research scholars must compulsorily contact their respective Head of the Department for necessary examination-related information.

Therefore, all research scholars are advised to ensure that they will appear in the examination accordingly.

Note:

1. All P.G. Heads are directed to ensure that research scholars enrolled in the Ph.D. Course work of their respective departments are provided with all examination related information.
2. Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying Mobile Phones, Electronic Gadgets, Watches, Bluetooth Device, Books, Notes, Communication Devices or any other un authorized materials into the Examination Hall.
3. Any Candidates found in possession of such prohibited item shall be Expelled under the provisions of Examination Act.
4. The presence of all Heads of Departments (HODS) in their respective departments by 9:00 A.M. is mandatory.
