It is notified that online filling-in of the examinations forms by back candidates of Ph.D. Course Work Examination, 2026 has been scheduled from 28.10.2026 (12 noon) to 01.11.2026 (5 pm) and with late fine of Rs.200 on 02.11.2026 (12 noon to 11 pm).

The eligible candidates having back papers are instructed to visit the website of the Examination Branch www.exam.nbu.ac.in for filling the examination forms with Registration numbers. The candidates must make payment of fees of Rs.2000 (Rupees Two Thousand only) at the University Cash Counter by cash only. They are to upload the receipt at the designated field during online enrollment.

The table below covers every document type used across all Ph.D. programmes. Photos and signatures must be JPG images; every other document must be a PDF. Files outside the size range shown will be rejected by the system at the point of upload.
