Online applications are invited through the Samarth Portal for admission into the following Law programs for the (LL.B. 3-Year) session 2026-2029 and 2026-2031 (B.A. LL.B. 5-Year Integrated) Session 2026-2031 at BMT Law College, Purnia and S.D. Law College, Katihar.

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   • LL.B. (3-Year): Graduation degree in any stream/discipline from a recognized University.
   • B.A. LL.B. (5-Year): 10+2 (Intermediate) examination in any stream from a recognized Board.
2. Document Upload: Applicants must upload all supporting documents regarding their academic qualifications while filling up the online application form.
3. Provisional Acceptance: Applications submitted on the basis of uploaded documents shall be provisionally accepted. Final admission will be confirmed only after physical verification of original documents at the concerned college.
