Notice regarding the refund of Application Fee for candidates of Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT)
Academic Session 2024 and 2025

In light of the D.O. No. BSU (Directive)/43/2023 (Part-2)/1068 dated 02.06.2026 of the Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor-cum-Chancellor, Bihar, and University Notification PUP(DSW-02/26)-R/26-944 dated 04.06.2026, the previously issued notification by Purnea University, Purnea for admission through Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT) for the academic sessions 2024 and 2025 has been cancelled.

All candidates who applied for PAT for the academic session 2024 and 2025 are informed that the process of refunding the Application Fee deposited by them has been initiated.

In this regard, all concerned candidates are instructed to submit all their required information along with uploading the necessary documents within the prescribed time period through the Google Form provided by the University. All candidates must ensure that all details entered in the Google Form are correct and complete. Claims for application fee refund based on incomplete, erroneous, or false information will not be accepted, and the University will not be responsible for the same. Applications received after the specified date will not be considered.
