As directed by the competent authority, the following schedule for admission to U.G Courses in the Various Subjects under the Faculty of Visual Arts in 2026-2027 session is hereby notified for information to all concerned:

• Publication of Master List: 05/06/2026
• To download Admit Card from the University admission portal: 06/06/2026 onwards.
• Tentative schedule for Admission Test**:
  • Date of Practical and Theoretical: 08/06/2026 and 09/06/2026

    08/06/2026	Applied Art	Painting	History of Art
    09/06/2026	Graphics-Printmaking	Sculpture

  • Publication the result of Practical test for Viva-voice: 16/06/2026
  • Date of Viva-voice: 18/06/2026 and 19/06/2026
  [** The exact date & time of admission test for a particular Candidate will be mentioned in their respective admit card]
• Publication of 1st Provisional Merit List in the RBU website: 23/06/2026.

Instructions for Admission Test: BFA in the session 2026-2027

• Practical:
  For the Departments of Painting, Applied Art, History of Art and Graphics- Printmaking: Drawing in pencil.
  (Candidates should bring pencil, eraser, scale and drawing board)
  
  For the Department of Sculpture: Clay Modeling.
  (Candidates should bring clay modeling tools.)
• Theoretical:
  Essay writing (HS or equivalent standard). The candidate should bring a gel or a ball point pen (black or blue).
