Admission Confirmation Notice for UG 1st Semester, 2026-27 after Mop-up upgrade round (Phase-3) under the Faculty of Arts

As desired by the competent authority, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the candidates who have already been selected after Mop-up upgrade round (Phase-3) and subsequently deposited the admission fees for admission to the under graduate programme in the Rabindra Bharati University through the Centralised Admission portal (https://wbcap.in ) are advised to report at the admission section of the Rabindra Bharati University, 56A, B.T. Road, Kolkata - 700050 for physical verification of the required documents for admission.

Date of Verification: 20/08/2026 to 22/08/2026.

The following list of supporting documents in original with self attested photocopy will be required at the time of physical verification of the required documents:

• Original of the proof of DOB.
• Original of the 10+2 registration certificate.
• Original of the 10th Mark sheet.
• Original of the 10+ 2 Mark sheet.
• Original of the Respective Social Category Certificate (If applicable).
• Original of the PWD Certificate (if applicable).
• Original of the EWS Certificate.
• Photograph (Passport sized).
• Original of the Valid photo Id proof.
• Original of the Aadhaar.
• Original of the District/State/National/International Level Sports certificate for candidates who possess such certificate.
• Provisional Admission Receipt.
• Provisional Admission Confirmation Certificate.
• Application Form.
