Re-Appear Exam Form 2026 for BPharmacy MPharmacy BPT MPT Students

As per the provisions of Regulatory bodies, the Re-appear Examinations of B. Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy Students and Yearly Schemes of BPT and MPT as well as Even Semester of intake years 2019 & 2020 are scheduled to be commenced w.e.f. 01-05-2026.

Accordingly, the interested students may apply for Re-appear Examination Forms on Samarth Portal with applicable fee up to 24-04-2026. No request for filling-up of Re-appear Examination Forms shall be entertained after due Date.

Further, it is also clarified that the students, whose Data is not available on Samarth Portal may submit the Re-appear Examination in offline mode with applicable fee of Rs. 1500/- per semester by due date in Conduct Branch.

This may be brought to the notice of all students of your department.
