Physical verification of documents for admission to PG (2026-27) as per 1st round admission
for Kolkata camnus of the Sanskrit College and University.

Aspiring students who have deposited Admission fee as per the 1^st merit list are instructed to be present physically with the following documents. Original & one set self-attested photo copy of each document as per following schedule.

Required documents (Mandatory):

• 1. Copy of online Application Form.
• 2. Admission Fee Payment Receipt.
• 3. Copy of Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent Exam.
• 4. Copies of Pass Marksheet & certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent Exam.
• 5. Copy of Admit Card of Higher Secondary/ Equivalent Exam.
• 6. Copies of Pass Marksheet & certificate of Higher Secondary or equivalent Exam.
• 7. Copy of Admit Card of Final Semester Exam at UG level.
• 8. Copies of Final Pass Marksheet & certificate of UG Course of study.
• 9. Reserved Category certificate issued by the competent authority of the Govt. of West Bengal.
• 10. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
• 11. Copy of ABC ID / APAAR ID.
• 12. Copy of Blood Group Certificate.
• 13. Copy of passport & Visa (For Foreign Nationals)
• 14. Anti-ragging declaration by the students as uploaded on the Sanskrit College and University Website.
• 15. Sports related certificate as per instruction published in the Admission Brochure (2025-26)

• 16. Copy of duly filled in student Registration form Identity Card Form (All information must be provided).
