PG Document Verification for Phase 3 Admission 2026

Aspiring students who have deposited Admission fee as per the 3^rd phase list are instructed to be present physically with the following documents. Original & one set self-attested photo copy of each document as per following schedule.

1. Copy of online Application Form.
2. Admission Fee Payment Receipt.
3. Copy of Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent Exam.
4. Copies of Pass Marksheet & certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent Exam.
5. Copies of Pass Marksheet & certificate of Higher Secondary or equivalent Exam.
6. Copies of all UG mark sheets from 1^st to 6^th semester.
7. Copies of Final Pass Marksheet & certificate of UG Course of study.
8. Reserved Category certificate issued by the competent authority of the Govt. of West Bengal.
9. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
10. Copy of ABC ID / APAAR ID.
11. Copy of Blood Group Certificate.
12. Copy of passport & Visa (For Foreign Nationals)
13. Anti-ragging declaration by the students as uploaded on the Sanskrit College and University Website.
14. Sports related certificate as per instruction published in the Admission Brochure (2025-26)
15. Copy of duly filled in student Registration form Identity Card Form (All information must be provided).
