In terms of clause 16.3 of the Provisional Regulations (Draft) for Curriculum and Credit Framework for Undergraduate Programmes (CCFUP), based on National Educational Policy 2020 (w.e.f. academic session 2023-2024) and in reference to the UG 3rd Semester CCFUP-NEP Examination for the year 2025, it is notified for all concerned that candidates who intend to cancel their results for improvement of his/her results may apply in plain paper addressing to the Controller of Examinations through the Principal / Teacher-In-Charge/ Officer-In-Charge positively by 19.04.2026

The candidates are required to submit their application along with their original Mark Sheet to the office of the concerned colleges. It may be noted that in all cases, cancellation of results will be counted as one chance lost.

The office of the colleges is requested to submit the aforesaid applications along with photocopy of all the documents (Two sets) with a statement (In duplicate) to the Office of the Controller of Examinations positively on 20.04.2026
