• In all those constituent / affiliated / minority colleges where admission seats remain vacant, those seats will be filled through admission by Special Drive Application, as in the previous year.

• For the following subjects (Annexure-A), those students whose names were published in any selection list but who, for some reason, could not get admitted, may submit a Special Drive Application in their respective colleges from 26.10.2026 to 31.10.2026.

• For the following subjects (Annexure-B), those interested candidates whose names are not in any selection list but who have applied at any stage through the Chancellor Portal may also submit a Special Drive Application in their respective colleges for the Special Drive from 26.10.2026 to 31.10.2026. In case seats remain vacant, their applications will be considered. The applications of these candidates will be forwarded by the college to the University's Admission Cell for final selection and approval.

• If more applications are received than the vacant seats, the college will prepare a list of the received applications and provide the details to the University's Admission Cell on 02.11.2026. In light of the details received, the University's Admission Cell will release the selection list on 03.11.2026. If fewer applications are received, the college will directly proceed with document verification for admission and carry out the further prescribed process as per rules.

• Document verification of these students will be done by the respective college by 05.11.2026.

• Additional classes for the studies of students admitted later will not be permissible. The responsibility for completing the syllabus will lie with the students themselves. The examination schedule will be held on its scheduled dates only.

The format of the Special Drive Application and the details of the subjects under which the admission process will be conducted through the Special Drive Application are attached college-wise and are also available on the University's website.
