PG Admission Phase 4 Provisional Short List 2025-27

Following is the Provisional Short List for Online Counseling-Phase-4 or Final Phase for admission to P.G. Courses: 2025-27 in Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Geography, Geospatial Science, Microbiology, Molecular Biology & Human Genetics and Zoology. Ordering in the list is as per the input made by applicants and Grade Point mentioned against the candidates is calculated as per following rule :

Grade Point (GP) – 60% of Honours percentage in concerned subject + 20% of percentage of H.S. or equivalent Examination + 20% of percentage of Madhyamik or equivalent Examination

The ranking may undergo change following verification of documents after online counselling.
Students who have already admitted in affiliated colleges in earlier round will be considered for upgradation to University Campus if vacancy is available.
4th Phase of admission being the Final Phase, the students admitted to College in this round will not have any scope for further upgradation to University campus or other centres of learning.
The enlisted students will get the link of Google form for siting their counseling response in their registered mail id.
If any eligible student does not get the said link in their registered mail id by 16.01.2026 then he/she is advised to contact to the office of the undersigned immediately through mail to support_sc.pgadmission2024@buruniv.ac.in .
The Google Form for online counseling Phase-4 will remain open from 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P. M. of 17th January,2026
The Students are advised to fill the form carefully. They have to input their M.P./10th Standard Examination percentage marks (based on the marks of the best 05 (five) subjects : Full marks 100 each) and H.S./ 12th Standard Examination percentage marks (based on the marks of the best 04 (four) subjects : Full marks 100 each)
Provisional Allocation List (Phase-4) for admission to P.G. Courses:2025-27 in the Departments mentioned above will be published on 19.01.2026.
Documents verification of the allocated candidates will be held on and from 20.01.2026 to 21.01.2026 at the respective Departments.
Provisionally Selected candidates of the Allocation List (Phase-4) at Burdwan University Campus can get access to payment by logging in into the dashboard of the admission portal of The University of Burdwan by putting their Application Sequence Number and password through the following link from 21.01.2026 to 22.01.2026: Access for Student Dashboard
