Admission to Class XI, UG, PG Courses for International Students, 2026-27

Application process for admission to Class XI, Under Graduate, Post Graduate courses of Visva-Bharati for International Students for the session 2026-27 will commence from 21^st May, 2026.
The important dates are given below:

The Prospectus-2026 can be downloaded from the Visva-Bharati admission portal vbadmission.in .
It is to be noted that the entire process of admission 2026-2027 will be guided by the Prospectus-2026 and the notifications published time to time by the University in the admission portal. Candidates must read very carefully the guidelines available in the Prospectus-2026 before submission of online application.
Applicants are requested to regularly visit the Visva- Bharati admission portal (vbadmission.in ) to keep updated about the information relating to admission for the session 2026-27.
[** Separate notification will be published later in the admission portal (vbadmission.in ) for admission to Ph.D., Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma courses.]

Foreign applicants can start filling up the application forms for Class XI, Under Graduate, Post Graduate courses following the procedure described below:
Application Procedure

• Form to be filled up before starting online application by international students: Pdf Copy of Registration Form .
  Note: Please fill up the form accordingly
• Documents to be kept ready:
  • Filled in application form
  • First Page of Passport showing name and other personal details
  • Marks sheet of Qualifying/Equivalence Degree
  • Passing Certificate of Qualifying/Equivalence Degree
  • Payment Receipts generated through online submission
• Online payment method:
  • Step 1: Go to https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect or https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm
  • Step 2: Select “Educational Institution” .
  • Step 3: Type VISVA BHARATI UNIVERSITY in the search bar given for Educational Institutions.
  • Step 4: Click on VISVA BHARATI UNIVERSITY.
  • Step 5: Select ‘Payment Category – Misc Receipt’ under Enter Payment details.
  • Step 6: Under Payment category (For SAARC countries- INR 5,000 or equivalent USD and for Non-SAARC countries- INR 10,000 or equivalent USD), select Application form fee payment option.
  • Step 7: Under remark, mention for which School or Department you are applying or any comment that you feel it will help.
• How to apply:
  • All international candidates can apply through google link given below-

  • Fill up the columns required in the google link.
  • Upload all the documents mentioned in point number [2].
  • This is suggested to merge all the documents and pdf copy of application for uploading in the google form.
  • Submit the form and keep the copy of acknowledgement with you.
