NEP Two Years Post Graduate Programme (MPA) admission in the following subjects–
Rabindra Sangit, Manipuri Dance, Kathakali Dance,
Rabindra Nritya, Drama & Theatre Arts.

This is to notify to all applicants seeking admission to the Undergraduate Four-Year Programme (BPA) under the Department of Rabindra Sangit, Dance & Drama, Sangit Bhavana, that the following rules and modalities shall be followed for the admission process for the academic session 2026–27.

Rules for Application:

Applicants who have appeared in the UG CUET 2026 examination are advised to fill up the Visva-Bharati Admission Form within the stipulated time period notified by the university.
Applicants who have successfully filled the Visva-Bharati Admission Form will subsequently receive a Google Form for the Admission Test through email. The same must be filled and submitted along with all necessary documents within the prescribed deadline.

Modalities for the Admission Test:
Applicants will be instructed to submit/upload two best videos of their performances on applied concern subject. The assessment will be held on the basis of their performance videos. Video Performance assessment is mandatory for all applicants.

Guidelines of submission of performance videos & required documents:

Applicants will submit performance video through this Google Form.
Ensuring all uploads meet size and format as required in form.
Submit two MP4 videos (each maximum <200 MB, approx. 5 minutes duration) for your performance.
Avoid HD recording.
Program or studio recordings will not consider for the assessment.
No audio/video editing allowed.
Face of applicant must be clearly visible.
Ensure proper light and avoid background noise.
Applicants may use Tanpura/Electronic Tanpura and Electronic Tala Mala/App if Tabla accompanist not available.
The Department will evaluate the submitted admission test materials and prepare the merit list based on the prescribed criteria and departmental evaluation process.
The final admission will be given as per the merit list prepared on the combined score of UG CUET-2026 and Departmental Admission test conducted by the Department with 50:50 ratio i.e., equal weightage.
