Advance Payment For GEC Paper 2025-27

Advance Fee Payment for choosing GEC paper in P.G. semester III
(Academic session 2025-27)

Students are now required to pay the GEC application (Session 2025-27) fee of Rs. 100 through the Fees Payment portal before choosing their GEC Department and Paper.

To avoid issues such as payment failure or delayed settlements, we recommend that students pay the requisite fees in advance. Since settlement reports are received after 24 working hours, this precaution helps to ensure a smooth selection process, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Portal will open on 24/07/2026, 12:00 Noon.


(A) Steps to Pay the GEC Application Fees:
  1. Visit https://fees.onlineregistrationwbsu.com
  2. Log in with your Registration Number and Session
  3. Click on "Pay Now"
  4. Select the "3rd Semester" button
  5. Click on the "GEC fees" button to pay
Only after successful payment, students can select their GEC paper from the Student Exam Portal from the notified date, i.e. 03/08/2026.
(B) Steps to Choose GEC Department and Paper:
  1. Visit https://onlineregistrationwbsu.com
  2. Choose "Examination Portal"
  3. Select "Student Exam Portal"
  4. Click on "GEC Application"
  5. Choose GEC Department
  6. Choose Optional Paper
  7. Click submit
  8. Take print out of the application
