All India Institute of Speech and Hearing is offering Diploma courses DHLS (Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech), DECSE (HI) [Diploma in Early Childhood Special Education (Hearing Impairment)], DHA&EMT (Diploma in Hearing Aid & Ear Mould Technology).
Submission of online application registration by NBER portal for Admission to Diploma Courses from 12/06/2025 to 12/07/2025.

Admission to Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech is open to candidates who have passed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science from any recognised board of Central/State Government.

Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% of the aggregate in the qualifying examination. % of marks relaxation for reserved categories is as per central Govt. Policy.
DHA&EMT

Admission to Diploma in Hearing Aid and Ear mould Technology is open to candidates who have passed 10th standard with Physics or Electronics as one of the papers, or any recognised Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or any qualified Dental Technician Course, or Certificate or Diploma from ITI in Electronics/Electrical Engineering ares from any recognised board of Central/State Government.

DECSE (HI)

Admission to Diploma in Early Childhood Special Education (Hearing Impairment) [DECSE (HI)] is open to candidates who have passed 12th standard/Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent from any recognised board of Central/State Government.

Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% of the aggregate in the qualifying examination. % of marks relaxation for reserved categories is as per central Govt. Policy.
Application Fee of Rs. 500/- for General/OBC/EWS and Rs. 350/- for SC/ST and PWD candidates, to be paid while submitting online application in the NBER portal. Application Fee to be paid by using payment gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card and Net Banking. An amount of Rs. 54/- will be charged as Bank Charges/Conveniences fee at the time of payment, as applicable.
