Physical verification for admitted student (4th phase) under DAP

Physical Verification of documents of Students admitted to 4 year UG (Honours/ Honours with Research) Course and 3 Year Multidisciplinary UG Programmes for the Session 2026-2027

Students who have taken new admission to 4-year B.A./ B.Sc.(Honours/ Honours with Research) and 3-year Multidisciplinary UG Course in the session 2026-2027 are hereby requested to visit the college for Physical Verification of documents as per the schedule below. While appearing for physical verification, candidates have to carry with them:

1. The printouts of the APPLICATION FORM (2 COPIES), the last payment receipt, and the provisional admission confirmation certificate (2 copies) generated from the portal.
2. All following original documents and one self-attested photocopy of them:
   1. Original of the proof of Date of Birth.
   2. Original of the 10+2 registration certificate.
   3. Original of the 10th Marksheet.
   4. Original of the 10+ 2 Marksheet.
   5. Original of the Respective Social Category (SC/ST/OBC) Certificate (if applicable)
   6. Original of the PWD Certificate (if applicable).
   7. Original of the EWS Certificate(if applicable)
   8. Original of the ID proof Document (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport etc.)
