Admission Cancellation / Refund Request (Session 2026-27)

Eligible candidates who are unable to Cancel their admission through the WBCAP portal (Session – 2026-27) are requested to visit the I.T Section of Asutosh College.

Candidates are required to bring the following documents:

  1. Admission Confirmation Certificate – 2 copies
  2. Payment Receipt
  3. Bank Details – Cancelled Cheque or Front Page of Bank Passbook
  • Date: 09/10/2026 to 14/10/2026 (Except Holidays)
  • Time: 12:00 Noon to 04:00 P.M.
  • Venue: I.T Section, Asutosh College (Humanities Block, 16, Basanta Bose Road, Kolkata - 700026)


Candidates are requested to bring all the required documents for further processing of their Admission Cancellation/Refund Request.

[Note: Candidates who have already submitted the required documents are requested to ignore this notice.]
