Physical Document Verification Schedule for Phase 3 Admission under WBCAP 2026

The Physical verification of documents for newly admitted students of Asutosh College for the academic session 2026-2027 will be held as per enclosed schedule.

The newly admitted students are requested to come for physical verification with the following documents (in Originals & 1 photocopy) as per the schedule (attached below).

List of Documents for Verification of Admission (Session 2026-2027): -

1. Application Form (download from WBCAP Portal)
2. Provisional Admission Confirmation Certificate (download from WBCAP Portal)
3. Last Payment Receipt (download from WBCAP Portal)
4. Class X and XII Marksheet
5. Proof of Age (Madhyamik / Class - 10 Admit Card with DOB mentioned / Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card)
6. Address Proof
7. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
8. PWD Certificate (if applicable)
9. BPL Certificate (if applicable)
10. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
11. Equivalence Certificate (if applicable)
12. C.U. Registration Certificate (if applicable)
13. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
