Subject: Regarding filling the CIA Back Examination form for
FYUG (CBCS) Semester-III Examination 2025 (Session 2024–28)

With reference to the above subject, it is hereby informed as per the instructions that those students who, for any reason, have not been promoted due to not completing 28 credits (excluding SEC) in the Semester-II results, but have completed the required 28 credits (excluding SEC) by combining the results of Semester-I and Semester-II, the following instructions are issued regarding them:

1. The concerned colleges should ensure the proper selection of MDC, AEC, and SEC subjects for such students at their level.
2. Based on the selected subjects, the CIA examination for these students should be conducted at the college level.
3. The marks of the CIA examination should be securely maintained at the college level.
4. When the portal reopens, it should be ensured that all such students properly upload their subjects and CIA marks, so that the process of filling the examination form can be completed smoothly.
