Notice UG CBCS SEMESTER FOUR SESSION 2023-27

Students of Graduation VIth Semester (2023-27) are hereby informed that their 6th Semester Admission cum Examination Form will be filled online without late fee from 18-08-2026 to 22-08-2026.

Instructions for Filling the Examination Form:

Only those students can fill out the exam form who appeared in the 5th Semester exam and completed their internship.
Only those students can fill out the exam form who appeared in the 6th Semester MID-TERM exam.

Process:

(A) First, students will download the ADMISSION CUM EXAM FORM from the college website www.goenkacollege.org.

(B) Fill out the downloaded form accurately and get it verified by your respective Head of Department (HOD). Attach mark sheets of all semesters, Aadhaar Card, APAAR ID, and Caste Certificate (if applicable) along with the admission cum exam form.

(B) Log in again on the college website www.goenkacollege.org using the User ID and Password created during admission.

(Note: 1. Your User ID is your Application Number provided by the University. If you do not have a password, use the Forget Password option to retrieve it.)

(C) After logging in, go to the Fill Examination Form menu. Students do not need to fill in anything on this page; previously filled data will be valid.

(D) After saving the data, pay the examination fee.

(E) After payment, submit your exam form to the college along with photocopies of the following documents:

== Online Payment Receipt == Admission Challan/Receipt == One copy of mark sheets from all semesters
== APAAR ID, AADHAAR CARD, CASTE CERTIFICATE
