UG Document Verification for Phase 3 Admission 2026

It is hereby notified to all newly admitted students (WBCAP-MOP UP ROUND) of FOUR YEAR B.A / B.SC (HONOURS & HONOURS WITH RESEARCH AND HONOURS WITH CORE VOCATIONAL) COURSES OF STUDIES FOR THE SESSION 2026-27 that the document verification will be held in Gokhale Memorial Girls’ College on 20.08.2026 (Thursday) from 11.00 A.M in the respective departments.

Students must report at 10.45 A.M with the following documents-

  1. Print copy of Admission Form
  2. Admission payment receipt
  3. Provisional admission letter
  4. Caste certificate (original and 1 self-attested photocopy) (If applicable)
  5. EWS certificate (original & 1 self-attested Photocopy) (If applicable)
  6. Marksheet of  class 10 Examination (original and 1 self-attested photocopy)
  7. Marksheet of 10+2 Examination (original and 1 self-attested photocopy)
  8. Migration certificate (For boards other than WBCHSE, ISC, CBSE) (original and 1 self-attested photocopy) (If applicable)
  9. Madhyamik Admit Card/ Age Proof Certificate (original and 1 self-attested photocopy)
  10. Certificate for Person with disability (original and 1 self-attested photocopy) (If applicable)
  11. Registration certificate if already registered under University of Calcutta (original and 1self attested photocopy)
  12. 2 copies passport size photographs of the candidate.
  13. Banglar Sikkha ID (for candidates of WBCHSE)
  14. Aadhar card (original and 1 self-attested photocopy)


In case any discrepancy or mismatch is found in any sort of information or a candidate fails to submit any one of the above mentioned document, her admission may stand cancelled.

After successful verification, students will be issued an Admission Confirmation Certificate. They must ensure that they have received the certificate before leaving the college premises.
