UG registration process of CU for WBCAP-2026 admitted students

Students admitted to semester-1 of UG courses of Gurudas College in the academic session 2026-27 through WBCAP phases - 1, 2 and 3 are requested to kindly initiate the process of their registration under the University of Calcutta by downloading the pre-filled registration form from link given in UG ADMISSION page in the college's website or directly by using the link below :

Since the AEC subjects and the ABC ID (APAAR ID) were not asked for in the WBCAP, all admitted students will be required to provide the data and documents related to these items before they can download their registration forms.

The procedure to be followed is described below :

• In the portal provided at the link mentioned above each student will use his/her College UID (listed in the UG ADMISSION page) as the Username and welcome as the password to login to their respective accounts.
• After logging into their respective accounts each student will have to enter his/her date of birth and set his/her new password.
• Next the student will click/tap on ‘Student Console’ in the menu on the left hand side and then choose the option ‘Update AEC subject and ABC ID’. Here they will enter the AEC subject of their choice (Alternative English / Bengali), enter their ABC ID and upload the image of the ABC ID card in JPG format (size of the image file must be less than 250 kB).
• Next the student will be able to download the registration form by clicking/tapping on the form downloading option under 'Student Console’.
• After downloading the registration form each student has to take a printout and mark all necessary corrections, if any, in red ink.
• Next the student will have to sign the form in the space provided near the right hand bottom of the second page and submit it to the stipulated teacher (head of the department in the case of 4-year Honours courses and the admission committee convenors / members in the case of 3-year MDC courses).

The last date for submitting the registration form will be 21st September 2026.
