Mop-up Round Admission 2026
under West Bengasl Decentralized Admission 2026

All candidates admitted in the MOP-UP phase (22-09-2026 to 24-09-2026) through the Decentralised Admission Portal to 4-year UG courses offered by Lady Brabourne College are hereby notified to report to the college premises for physical verification of their documents positively on 25-09-2026 (Friday) without fail. Admission of the candidate will stand cancelled if she fails to complete physical verification on the given date.

Candidates shall report physically to the College Auditorium on the above mentioned date by 11 am. However, if a candidate fails to report in person due to medical condition/emergency, a person authorised by her should report on her behalf with all the relevant documents mentioned above. The said person should bring proper letter of authorisation where his/her signature will be attested by the candidate.

All candidates should complete the payment of required admission fees online through the Decentralised Admission Portal and produce the generated receipt during physical verification.

During physical verification of Documents candidates will produce the following and these will be retained by the Department after verification:

1. Print out of Admission Document issued by the Centralised Admission Portal
2. Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online
3. Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as downloaded from the Centralised Admission Portal (duly signed by the candidate & her Guardian / Parent).
4. Recent passport size photograph -2 copies

Please verify in original, the list of documents given below and retain a self-attested photocopy of relevant documents:

1. Age Proof Document –Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination

1. Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Marksheet
2. Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Marksheet

4. Registration Certificate of Class XII (H.S. or equivalent)

1. Aadhaar Card
2. Caste Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable (Updated certificate for OBC category is required)
3. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
4. EWS certificate of the current financial year(certified by competent authority), if applicable
5. BPL Certificate Document, if applicable
6. Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
7. Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable
8. Registration Certificate –only for candidates already registered under CU
