Notice for the scheduled time table for Marksheet and Certificate distribution at Examcell

This is to inform all students who have completed their degree/course requirements that the distribution of Final Semester and continue (ongoing) semester Marksheets and Pass-Out Certificates (UG & PG Courses) will be carried out on any two official working days, i.e., Monday and Friday, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Examination Cell.

Students who have not collected their Final Marksheet and Ongoing semester Marksheets /or Pass-Out Certificates (UG & PG Courses) within the previously scheduled distribution period are requested to collect the same only on Mondays and Friday between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Students are hereby requested to strictly follow the above-mentioned schedule, as the Examination Cell has to carry out other official academic and examination-related activities during the remaining working hours.

No semester Final Marksheet or Pass-Out Certificates (UG & PG Courses) will be issued on days or during hours other than the above-mentioned schedule.

All concerned students are therefore requested to cooperate and strictly maintain the prescribed time schedule.
