Document Verification Schedule 2026
Undergraduate Admission 2026-27

It is hereby notified that the verification of documents (Phase- I) of the newly admitted students of Semester- I (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com.) (Major/ MDC) will be held at the College Office as per the following schedule:

All the students are requested to bring the original documents and one set of colour Xerox (Photocopy) of the same for submission along with the Aadhar Card. Please follow the details on the College Website.

Instructions to candidates for verification of documents:

Students are directed to bring the following documents in original at the time of verification:

1. Print out of the Application Form
2. Print out of the Provisional Admission Receipt
3. Print out of the Admission Fee Payment Receipt
4. Original Aadhar Card
5. Original Marksheet of H.S. or equivalent Examination.
6. Original Birth Certificate or Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent Examination.
7. Migrating students must submit their Migration Certificate in original at the time of verification.
8. EWS Certificate (if applicable).
9. Caste Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B) if applicable.

Students are directed to submit two stamp sized colour photographs & hard copies of the relevant documents in colour photocopies only at the time of verification.

• If anyone is absent on scheduled dates & time for verification.
• If the documents are found not in conformity with the declaration in the form submitted.
