Verification (2nd Phase) of original documents and printed application form of online application of the candidates (who have not verified yet) will be done by the concerned departments within stipulated date and time as mentioned below. If candidate does not appear for verification process on the stipulated date and time, his / her provisional admission will automatically be cancelled. If any irregularity / mismatch is found during verification process, or in any other stage, provisional admission will automatically be cancelled.

A. Necessary Documents for verification process of UG admission 2026-27

Candidates are required to produce all original certificates, mark sheets and testimonials for verification to complete the admission process.

1. One set of printed application form (submitted online) duly signed by applicant and his/her guardian/parent.
2. Self-attested photo copy of the Admit Card / Certificate of Madhyamik/H.S. or equivalent as evidence of the date of birth.
3. Self-attested photocopies of Madhyamik (Class X) and Higher Secondary (10+2) level marksheets.
4. Two sets of recent passport size photograph.
5. Self-attested photo copy of SC/ST (Issued only by SDO / for Kolkata District Welfare Officer) / Persons with Disability (PWD) EWS certificate issued by the appropriate authority, if claimed for reservation.
6. Original school leaving certificate.
7. Two copies of online generated admission fees payment receipt.

B. Schedule for verification of testimonials

Admission process will be completed after the verification of original documents and application form generated at the time of online application. All admissions are provisional and authority has the right to cancel admission for wrong information/suppression of facts or any other reason.
