KEY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Candidates with minimum fifty percent marks in Senior Secondary or plus two examination or its equivalent (under 5+3+3+4 pattern) from a recognised board are eligible for admission.
2. The relaxation in percentage of marks in the Senior Secondary or plus two examination or its equivalent examination (under 5+3+3+4 pattern) and in the reservation for Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Class or Persons with Disabilities or Economically Weaker Section and any other categories shall be as per the rules of the State Government.
3. Those candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifying marks and more will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
4. Being a Christian Minority institution 50% of the approved seats are reserved for Christian Minority Candidates.
5. For the remaining 50% of the approved seats, State Government policies will be followed.
6. The minimum attendance of student-teachers shall have to be 80% in all courses and 90% for field-based experience or school internship or teaching practice separately.
7. Candidates are requested to take their admission on the specified date. If any reason a candidate fails to take admission on the given date her seat remains cancelled and no claim will be entertained thereafter.
8. Kindly come with you parents [one of the parents (preferably both) must accompany the candidate].
9. Documents required:
   • NCET-2026 Application form
   • NCET-2026 Score Card
   • Class X Marksheet and Certificate (Photo Copy)
   • Class XII (Intermediate or its equivalent) Marks Sheet and Certificate (Photo Copy)
   • School / College Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate (to be submitted in Original)
   • Migration Certificate (except BSEB) (to be submitted in Original)
   • Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
   • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (Only for reserve category candidate)
   • EWS Certificate (If applicable)
   • Baptism Certificate (for Christian Candidates only)
   • PWD Certificate (for Divyang Candidates)
   • Photocopy of Aadhar Card
   • Recent Passport Size Coloured Photograph -4
10. If you do not have the above, you need to fill the 'Provisional Admission/Undertaking' proforma during the admission (proforma available on College Admission Counter).
11. College Fee for 1^st Semester to be paid by Digital mode only, through the College Website i.e. www.patnawomenscollege.in (no other payment modes are available).
12. Only those who are interested to complete the programmes are encouraged to take admission. Those who wish to leave the programme should do so before the commencement of Classes otherwise the fees will not be refunded.
13. The dates for admissions are subject to change in case of any unforeseen situations.
14. Candidates are requested to join the Orientation Programme with their parents (Mandatory for all) on 01.07.2026 – 03.07.2026 in the Veronica Auditorium from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
