Document Verification Schedule 2026 (Phase 3)

Students who have applied through the Centralized Admission Portal and are shortlisted in the Third Round are hereby informed that they must appear for Physical Verification of Documents at the college premises as per the following schedule:

Time: 11 AM to 2 PM

Major Courses

Important:

• Candidates must bring the required documents (list attached below) in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
• Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification of documents.
• Candidates failing to report within the stipulated dates and times will forfeit their claim to admission.

Necessary Documents:

1. Print out of Admission Letter and payment receipt issued by the Centralised Admission Portal
2. Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as downloaded from the Centralised Admission Portal (duly signed by the candidate).
3. Recent passport size photograph -2 copies
4. Age Proof Document -Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination
5. Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Mark Sheet
6. Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Mark Sheet
7. Aadhaar Card
8. Caste Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
9. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
10. EWS certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
11. BPL Certificate Document, if applicable
12. Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
13. Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable
14. Registration Certificate - only for candidates already registered under CU Students must also bring self-attested photocopies of the above documents.
15. Filled up Antiragging form (to be had from College website).
16. MSP Certificate (Meritorious Sports Person), if applicable.
