The online portal for fee payments for the 2^nd, 4^th and 6^th Semesters for the Academic Session 2025-26 is now available.

Self-financed Courses

All the students in the 2^nd, 4^th and 6^th semesters of BBA, BCA, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Microbiology, and Geography are required to pay their admission fees online at www.sjcdarjeeling.edu.in by March 31, 2026.

Aided Courses

All the students in the 2^nd, 4^th and 6^th semesters of B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com. are required to log in to the college website, www.sjcdarjeeling.edu.in, and pay their admission fees through the online e-payment system at https://erp.eshiksa.net/ by March 31, 2026. To make the semester fee payment, please add 'SJC' to your College Roll Number to use as your username.

Next, select the semester (2^nd, 4^th or 6^th), choose your payment method (debit/credit/net banking), and submit to complete the payment.

Note- Students will incur a late fee for each month following the scheduled deadline. Those who fail to clear all college dues and fees by March 31, 2026, will not be permitted to fill out examination forms for the U.G. 2nd, 4th, and 6th semester examinations scheduled for June 2026.
