Document Verification Schedule for 3rd Phase Admission 2026

It is hereby notified that Physical verification for the 3rd phase will start from 20.08.2026 to 22.08.2026 from 4 pm. Students are asked to bring the following documents-

During physical verification of Documents candidates will produce the following:

1. Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as downloaded from the Centralised Admission Portal
2. Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online
3. Print out of Admission Document issued by the Centralised Admission Portal
4. Recent passport size photograph-2 copies

Candidates should bring the following documents in ORIGINAL for verification and self-attested photocopies of the same:

1. Age Proof Document-Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination
2. Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Marksheet
3. Registration Certificate of Class XII (H.S. or equivalent)
4. Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Marksheet
5. Aadhaar Card
6. Caste Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
7. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
8. EWS certificate of the current financial year (certified by competent authority), if applicable
9. Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
10. Registraion Certificate- only for candidates already registered under CU
